homemade delicious pasta recipePasta is an Italian dish, but pasta lovers are all in the whole world. There are many varieties of pasta and also several methods to cook it.


Here I share my special recipe of pasta, so easy to cook. And because of less spices it’s children favorite dish and also very nutritious and healthy because of vegetables.


Pasta                                           500 g

Chicken                                       ½ kg

Garlic paste                               1 tbsp

Onion                                         2 (medium size)

Tomato                                      3

Carrot                                        3

Cabbage                                    1 cup

Capsicum                                  3 (medium size)

Oil                                               as required

Salt                                              as required

Chili flakes                                 1 tbsp

Chili sauce                                 ½ cup

Soy sauce                                  ½ cup

White vinegar                          ½ cup

Chili garlic sauce                    3 tbsp

Tomato ketchup                     3 tbsp

Cheese                                     4 slices

Corn flour                               3 tbsp

White pepper                         3 tsp

Black pepper                          3 tsp


 First of all cut boneless chicken pieces in small cubes and marinate them with corn flour, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 3 tbsp chili sauce, 3 tbsp white vinegar, pinch of salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp white pepper, mix well until coated all chicken pieces equally and set aside for 15 min.

Take a deep pan, fill 3/4 with water, add 1 tbsp salt, 3 tbsp oil and put it on the stove with high flame, when it turns to boiling add pasta (choose the shape of pasta of your choice ) in it.

When pasta become cooked 3/4, turn of the flame and stain it.

On the other side, take a pan, place on the medium flame stove add some oil and put marinated chicken in it. When it’s changes its color, turn of the flame.

In another pan, place on low flame put some oil and add garlic paste, saute for few minutes and then add chopped onions, when they turn pink add chopped tomatoes and after while add cubes of carrots. Add chili sauce, soy sauce, white vinegar, salt and chicken stock in it. Cover the lid for few minutes.

After a while remove the lid and add chopped cabbage, chopped capsicum and mix the all ingredients.

When the vegetables become soften and stock becomes dry add boiled pasta and cooked chicken in it and mix slowly.

Add tomato ketchup, chili garlic sauce, chili flakes and cheese (grated or slices as your choice). Mix all ingredients gently and cover the lid for few minutes and turn the flame on medium for few seconds, after a while turn the flame slow and cover the lid until pasta become cooked finely.

Dish out the pasta and garnish it with cheese and serve it immediately. Because it is tastier when it is hot.
