Chicken Crepes Recipe


Chicken Crepes is one of the most appetizing dishes. It can be served with evening tea. And these are the fancy addition to your high-tea gatherings.



For crepe

Egg 2

Salt ½ tsp.

Brown Sugar 2tsp

Butter 2tbsp

Plain flour 2 cup 

Milk 2 ¼ cup 


For filling

Chicken 250 g

Salt 1/3 tsps.

Red pepper 1/2 tsps.

Black pepper powder ¼ tsps.

White pepper powder ¼ tsps.

Turmeric powder ¼ tsps. 

Cumin powder ¼ tsp 

Ginger paste ½ tsps.

Garlic paste ½ tsps.

Lemon juice 2 tsps. 

Onion 1

Capsicum 1/2

Tomato ketchup 1tbsp

Chili garlic sauce 1tbsp

Mozzarella cheese 1 cup 

Butter 3tbsp



To prepare chicken creeps we follow three steps. 

  • 1st of all we prepare crepes,
  • then prepare to fill
  • and at the end prepared material to fill in the crepes. 
  • Preparing Crepes 

To prepare better of creeps, 1st of all we need a deep bowl, add egg and whisk well. Then put salt and butter and again whisk. 

Then add flour to it and mix gently. 

After mixing it add 1 cup milk gradually, so lumps free batter is ready (make sure milk add gradually ). 

Add brown sugar (you should also use white sugar) and then add ¼ cup milk gradually. 

When runny and lumps free better prepare, it’s ready and set aside for 15 min. 

Take a pan, put it on the flame, and turn the flame on medium. Greece the pan, pour ¾ cup of prepared batter, spread into the pan, and make a thin layer of material. When the bubbles appearing turn the side. 

After 30 to 45-sec crepes become ready. Cooked all Crepes one by one like this. 


To prepare fillings, In a bowl add cubes of boneless chicken, salt, chili powder, black pepper powder, white pepper powder, Cumin powder, garlic paste, ginger paste, and lemon juice, mix well and marinate for 20 to 25 min. 

Take a deep pan, add butter in it, when it becomes melt, put the marinated chicken, and add little water, cover the pan for 5 to 7 min on low flame. After it, Remo the lid and fry the chicken properly, when the chicken cook properly adds chopped onion and capsicum and mix it. Add tomato ketchup and chili garlic sauce and mix again. After 5 to7 seconds turn off the flame. 


Take a little bowl, add 1tbsp flour, and 2tbsp water, and mix well. Set aside for sealing the crepes. 

Put prepared crepes, add Mozzarella cheese, and prepared chicken filling on the crepes. 

Fold the crepes and seal it with the sealing material properly. 

Take a pan, put it on the stove, turn the flame on medium, and add some butter when it becomes melt, place prepared chicken-filled crepes into the pan. 

When both sides become little golden remove from the pan and served with sauce.
