Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. So it should be taken necessarily.
Here I am sharing some quick and easy breakfast recipes and ideas, these are not only tasty but also very easy to prepare. These recipes are especially for those who have no more time to prepare breakfast because of early job timings and also for students who have to go to schools, colleges, and universities.
All of these breakfast items you should take with Smoothies, coffee, or tea as per your choice.

Smoothies

It is very easy to prepare.
You should take your favorite fruit, add little sugar, yogurt, and blend. You should also add two combinations of fruit. Like strawberry and berries, mango and banana, coconut and pineapple or banana and strawberry, etc…
You also add oatmeal or flavor of your choice.

Eggs


There are many recipes which are prepared from eggs
Here, I share some recipes which are very easy and as well as very yummy.

Scrambled eggs

The recipe for Scrambled eggs is very easy. In a bowl, crack an egg, add salt, few drops of milk, and spices of your choice. If you want some flavor you also add herbs in it.
Beat well
Take a pan, put it on the stove ( flame should be medium).
Grease a pan with oil, pour the egg in the pan and mix it immediately when it’s done 90% turn off the flame, mix again and serve.

Omelet

The way of cooking omelet is very easy.
To prepare an omelet, take an egg, crack in a bowl, add chopped onion, chopped tomato, green chilies, and spices of your choice. You should also add herbs to it.
Pour the egg in the greased pan, when it’s become golden from the lower side then turn it. When it turns golden from both sides, dish out, and serve.
To make a Spanish omelet, In egg you also add refried bean, shredded cheese hot salsa, and spices.
You serve it with bread or parathas or also serve it with only tea or coffee.

Fried egg

A simple fried egg is a very simple and vitamins full diet.
To prepare fried egg, take a bowl, crack an egg carefully in it.
Take a pan put it on the stove, turn on the flame, add some oil in a pan and pour the egg in the pan. After a while when the egg white is done, put the oil with a spoon in the top of egg yolk when egg yolk is half ready, you may dish out the egg, and if you want to egg yolk hard you may give it a few more time. Sprinkle salt, black pepper, or red chili flakes.
You serve egg with toast and coffee or tea.

Egg pouch

Egg pouch is also very healthy especially for those who are on a diet. No oil is used in it.
To cook this, take a pan, add water in it when it becomes boil turn the flame low, and when it simmers add an egg(crack in a bowl earlier ) in the pan, turn the flame off and cover the lid for 2 to 3 mins.
You also take it with a spoon or bread.

Sandwiches


Waffle Sandwich


To make waffle sandwiches you need all-purpose flour, a pinch of salt, baking powder, little oil, eggs, sugar, milk, and vanilla extract.
Add all dry material in a bowl. In another bowl add the remaining things beat and mix all the items.
Preheat waffle maker, grease and pour the material and cooked till turn into golden. Serve immediately with juices or what you want.
You also add nuts and raisins in the filling.

Bread sandwiches


To make a bread sandwich, In a bowl add mayo, red chili flakes, salt, mustard powder, and the spices you want to add. Mix up and spread on the slices of bread.
You also add egg, chicken, cheese, or vegetable as your choice.
And also grill the bread.
Cut the bread in the triangle and serve.

French Toast

French Toast is one of the most favorite breakfast of all age groups.
In a bowl crack an egg, add sugar, little milk, and vanilla essence (optional ).
Beat the mixture. Take a piece of bread dip in it from both sides. Cook bread in the pan greased with oil until turns into golden from both sides.
It might be served with different toppings, butter margarine, or syrups.


Muffins French toast

If you are not a bread lover but you want to taste French toast you try it with muffins.
Prepare a mixture of 2 egg, 4tbs sugar, and ¼ cup of milk. Whisk properly. Dip muffins in it from both sides and cook till golden.

Cakes


Sandwich Cake

To prepare sandwich cake, Take a bowl add all-purpose flour, sugar, and baking powder.
In another bowl add egg and beat well, then add sugar and butter. Beat again till the sugar dissolve and then dry mixture add in the material. If you are a chocolate lover then add cocoa powder in the mixture and mix it.
Grease the sandwich maker from upper and lower both sides, pre-heat and pour the material in a sandwich maker.

Mug Cake

Mug cake is prepared in just 5 min.

To prepare, In a mug add an egg, 4tbs sugar, and mix well. Then add 3tbs oil, 4tbs all-purpose flour, and 1ts baking powder mix all the material. The material should be ¾ in the mug.

You also add cocoa powder and chocolate chips in the material.

Place the mug for 1 to 2 min in microwave. Mug cake is ready. Might be served with hot coffee or tea.

Pan Cakes

To cook a pancake, take a bowl and add 1cup warm milk, 1 egg, 2tbs melted butter, ½ tsp vanilla essence, 2tbs sugar and mix well. Then add 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1tbs baking powder, ½ tsp salt, and mix gently.
Grease the pan, turn the flame on medium, and pour ¼ cup material in the pan, when you see the bubble, flip the side. Remove when it turns golden from both sides.
Serve hot with an accompaniment of your choice like honey, butter, margarine, or maple syrup.
